GLOBAL WARMING ESSAY

We often come across people stating that the climate has completely changed, compared to some years before. It is not only that this is said but us, too, notice sudden changes. How does it change all of a sudden and what is the instrument that makes it change. The common term for this is global warming. Global warming is blamed for several of the Earth’s atmospheric changes as well as climate changes.

The main reason lies with us, the human activities especially, the greenhouse gas releases from the smoldering of fossil fuels for energy is causing a great change in the planet’s climate. The climate is changing drastically; such that the consequences may be unalterable. The recent research and study states that the influence of change of climate is already felt globally. The hazard is that it will affect the susceptible communities initially. Unfortunately, they are the sectors who have made the least amount of contribution in causing any such problem. However, they are too often the first sectors to face the trauma as they usually lack the resources necessary to acclimatize to the swift changes.

The direct effects will be on temperature as well as precipitation designs. It is a record that the last eight years have been the hottest years. If such adverse climatic conditions continue, then it will result in droughts or floods. The sea temperature is also increasing and will naturally disturb the weather. The hurricanes that survive on the heat of the ocean waters will pressure the coasts. This is apparently obvious in the recent decades that have seen both, an increase in the frequency and the strength of hurricanes.

The temperature as well as the precipitation will come as trauma as it depends entirely on the climatic conditions. Numerous species are prone to go extinct due to incapability to acclimatize to the environmental changes. Scientists evaluate that as little as a 2 degree change could also result in 30% of global species extinction. Many regions will confront an acute water shortage.

By and large, climatic changes are already showing the adversity of global warming’s features and now it is practically impossible to prevent the warming effects. Yet, sincere and quick efforts of scientists, individuals, businesses and governments can try to turn greater tragedies down as well as attemtp to protect the future generations.
